My career has grown from building venture products to leading global product teams and, today, company-wide operations and technology. Across those settings, I connect the work of building products with the decisions that determine how a business performs: where to invest, how to organize delivery, and how to turn better information into accountable execution.
That combination shapes my work as a COO/CTO. I bring technical depth to operating decisions and an operating perspective to product and technology leadership.
Aletheia and Pluralytics
From AI product leadership to COO/CTO
I joined Pluralytics as Head of Product in September 2023, leading product development for its language AI and content-intelligence software. Following its acquisition by Aletheia in July 2024, I became SVP Product. My remit subsequently expanded to full technical ownership and enterprise operations.
Today, as COO/CTO, I lead across media operations, product, engineering, data, AI, IT, and security. I work through senior functional leaders to connect commercial commitments, delivery capacity, and technology investment with the economics of the business.
The work has included redesigning delivery economics, billing controls, forecasting, and product attribution. I established capacity and scope controls to make the relationship between contracted work and delivery effort explicit, and replaced manual reporting workflows with automated data infrastructure. These systems give leaders a stronger basis for staffing, prioritization, pricing, and cash-management decisions.
My responsibility expanded in stages:
September 2023–July 2024: Head of Product, Pluralytics.
July 2024: Became SVP Product, Aletheia.
End of Q1 2025: Joined the Senior Leadership Team and assumed full technical and engineering ownership alongside Product.
March 2026: Formally transitioned to COO/CTO.

Product leadership across a global organization

Lead Product Manager, Mini App Platform & Rakuten Link | December 2019–May 2022
Based in Tokyo, I led product strategy and portfolio governance across Rakuten Link and the Mini App Platform, working with international and distributed teams. My scope included functional leadership of 22 Product Managers in a matrix organization, with Directors and Senior Directors leading teams.
I led Mini App Platform strategy and delivery, bringing together the platform, developer portal, and software development kits. As investment constraints tightened, I partnered with executive leadership on priorities and preservation of core platform functionality.
This work connected product decisions with the needs of a broader business ecosystem: establishing priorities across teams, making the contribution of shared platforms visible, and helping executives assess where investment could have the greatest effect.
BCG Digital Ventures
Connecting venture delivery with enterprise infrastructure
Independent Consultant / Technical Product Manager | January 2018–October 2019
For the Petronas initiative supporting Setel, I led an engineering unit connecting legacy point-of-sale systems with cloud infrastructure for mobile payments. The work combined integration, reliability improvement, and distributed monitoring to support deployment across the fuel-station network.
It required product delivery and operational reliability to move together: a new customer experience depended on infrastructure that could work within an established enterprise environment.

Chief Technology Officer | 2016–2018
As founding CTO, I architected and built assistive classroom software for children with executive-function challenges. The role brought together product development, deployment requirements, and participation in investor fundraising discussions.

A foundation in venture building
Chief Technology Officer | 2007–2016
I led engineering, design, and UX teams building venture products and digital platforms across fintech, education, and SaaS. Working within startup budgets required close decisions about product scope, architecture, team capabilities, and the path to launch.
That work included serving as Acorns’ original technical architect, designing and developing its foundational money-flow and transfer system. It also included co-developing Fabric’s rapid venture-incubation model and helping teams move from an initial concept to a working product.
